Privacy Policy FIRE Plan

FIRE Plan ("we", "our", "the app") is a financial planning calculator that helps you estimate your path to financial independence. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Account information (optional): When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile picture. This is used solely to identify you and sync your data.
• App data you enter: Your FIRE goal (expenses, safe withdrawal rate, target age), asset snapshots, income records, and monthly tracking data. This data is stored on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to our secure server so it follows you across devices.
• Device identifiers (optional): A randomly generated anonymous identifier is created on your device for basic usage statistics (page views, feature usage). This identifier cannot be linked back to your identity.
• Purchase information: If you make an in-app purchase (subscription or lifetime), payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive a confirmation that a purchase was made to unlock features.

• To provide and maintain the app's features, including cloud sync of your data
• To authenticate you via Google Sign-In
• To process and verify in-app purchases through Google Play
• To improve the app through aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
• To respond to your support requests

• Local data: Your financial data is primarily stored locally on your device. You can export or delete it at any time using the Export and Clear Data features.
• Cloud data: When you sign in with Google, your data is synced to our servers (located in secure data centers) using encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all cloud-synced data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your data within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. The only third-party services involved are:

• Google (Sign-In & Play): Authentication and payment processing. Their privacy policies apply to those services.

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the app.
